Best PodCast Software for Linux

I want to create my own podcast .. is there software available for Linux to acheive this??

audio or video?

audacity for audio, kino or cinelerra for video
and for hosting check out libsyn

Audacity ...
(Thanks for the info)I would love to use Audacity but i get this stupid error all of the time "Error while opening sound device. Please check the output device settings and the project sample rate." That's weird! OSS just give me white noise...any suggestions to get me past this?
