Yes, you can put LILO or GRUB bootstrap to your MBR. If your first drive is, say, hda then put boot=/dev/hda in your /etc/lilo.conf file. To add a win2k booting option, also add: other=/dev/hda1 <if your win2k is on the 1st partition of hda (i.e. first) drive>
label=winblows <or whatever you want>
Then run 'lilo -v'. If you can't get it working, please post the error messages if there are any.
