best mailserver with webmail


Hi,

I am trying to impliment a mail server solution with smtp and pop3 and imap(s) with a webmail interface.
maxium number of users will be aroun 100.
So can you please suggest a best solution for the above requirment.

I use Postfix with courier-imap for IMAPS (the only protocol I allow) and RoundCube for the webmail. Very nice setup IMO and it wasn't a huge nightmare to setup I only wish I didn't setup SpamAssassin. For me it seems overly complicated when I probably could have survived with some basic procmail filters but alas, we live and learn.
