Best Frontend for Database Client

Hey everyone!

I am currently learning some database skills using PostgreSQL. I am wondering what the best open-source (free maybe) frontend database client could be, e.g. cross-platform, import & export raw data, query & edit tables, ...? I know DBVisualizer, a commercial software, does a great job. Are there any open-source counterparts available out there? Many thanks!

phpPgAdmin. Like phpMyAdmin but for postgres. I've not used the PG version, but the My version is pretty good.

that said, I do most DB stuff on the command line, so I'm not the best judge of these sorts of things.

And of course there's some less admin-type of things like Knoda
or rekall
