battery monitor

I use linux on my laptop. I've got a Hard Drive install of the new Knoppix, and I need to keep track of my battery. I know that KDE has a little one on the kicker, but I run fluxbox because I like it more. I found this package, but it's really not very good. It doesn't refresh itself, I have to keep closing & opening it on my own.

Does anyone know of a better program that can monitor my battery?
