Ive looked all over and i can not find an answer. Is there anyway to either limit of monitor bandwidth by username so i can monitor bandwidth coming from all sources of that user name.

Im looking more for something on the server level. I have 5 users on my server and i want to set it so Users 1-3 can only use 1 gig a day for bandwidth and users 4 and 5 can use 2 gig a day.
