Does there exist any program like babylon translator for linux?

qtrans uses Babylon dictionaries (*.BGL, *.dic)

15 years old.

qtrans seems to be a "word translator" which suggests it knows nothing about sentences.

currently i'm using translate-shell which leverages google translate (among others).
this does know about sentences, but tends to suck when one of the two languages isn't english.

i'm open to suggestions.
