Azureus, HotSpot Virtual Machine Error

Azureus (latest version) used to work until yesterday on my machine (Fedora Core 3, 2.6.10-1.741_FC3, KDE 3.3.1). I switched to a text console (Ctl+Alt+F1) and moved some regular files here and there while azureus was running. When I got back to GUI (Ctl+Alt+F7) azureus was missing. When I started it again it started crashing, throwing a java error. I have java working perfectly. No problems with that.

So, I deleted my .Azureus folder and started it again. It sort of worked in the sense it did not crash immediately. After about an hour into downloading it again crashed throwing the same java error, which makes me think if the terminal switching had anything to do with this. Here is the error I get...

[nsk@localhost azureus]$ ./azureus

I've downloaded the motif version of azureus and it works pretty fine!!
Some ugly fonts of course , but it works!
What on earth is going on and the gtk version crashes after 2 months of work?
