azureus and swing webui

I am running Azureus with Sun JRE 1.5.0 in my debian box. Webui plugin is giving me a hard time to set it up. When I tried to access the web interface using my web browser (mozilla, mozilla firefox, tried many others), it gave me the user authentication, and I can pass this screen by providing the correct user name and password (we know for sure, the webui is running). Once it passed that screen, I could only see a HTML page with the Java applet was not loaded (Only saw Sun Java logo with JRE 1.5.0 or gray background with JRE 1.4.2).

One thing I know for sure, it is not a web browser problem because when I installed azureus in my Windows XP machine, the Java applet loaded properly in my linux box.

Anybody knows what went wrong?
