azureus and debian unstable

I have had Azureus working in the past but now it won't run, I tried updating to the latest java runtime using java-package to make a .deb from Suns official setup. Anyway here is the error I am getting:

Starting Azureus...
Java exec found in PATH. Verifying...
Suitable java version found [java = 1.5.0_01]
Configuring environment...
Loading Azureus:
java -Xms16m -Xmx128m -cp "/usr/local/bin/*.jar" -Djava.library.path="/usr/local/bin" -Dazureus.install.path="/usr/local/bin" org.gudy.azureus2.ui.swt.Main ''
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/gudy/azureus2/ui/swt/Main
