Azureus 2.3.0.6 not starting, conflict with SCIM??

Hi, I am trying to run Azureus 2.3.0.6 on Mandrake 10.1. I run into problem after I close the Azureus I can't start it up again, it gave error msg

"StartSocket: passing startup args to already-running Azureus java process listening on [127.0.0.1: 6880]
Azureus TERMINATED."

I check the "netstat -pantu" and saw that

tcp 0 0 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:6880 :::* LISTEN 16961/scim-launcher

any one encounter this problem and successfully resolve it? Scim is 0.99

You can a try "killall -9 azureus.jar" to completly kill Azureus or "killall -9 java" to kill all of Java.
