avisplit from transcode 0.6.10 broken?
 

Has anyone here had any problems with
splitting files? I'm using dvd::rip 0.6.10,
and ripping and encoding works fine,
however, the split avi's lose the sounds
sync. I.e., after the split the sound is like
40% fast in the chunks.

Yep, it was :)

It's fixed in CVS, and will be in 0.6.11...

Have you tried using virtualdub? I ran the windows program using wine.

Thanks for the response, and no, I haven't,
and will wait for a while before I touch wine
again :) ... but as I said in response to my own
post, avisplit is fixed, and I'm all happy ;)
