automatic email webcam movement


hello ! i would like to use an old compu for the safety of a friend, who has been stolen :

have a webcam connected to the compu, detecting movement and sending a picture by email.

ever heard of some software on linux for that ?

I found this, which seems to do what I want, but being a
command line program and myself linux illiterate, it might
take some effort to implement. But I haven't found yet
anything that would do it easier
