Angry auto add to hosts.deny

I have just brought a new ubuntu server and am constantly getting added to the hosts.deny file

The problem is that i am a student in student halls so have a fixed IP address and have to leave the building and find another computer elsewhere to login and remove myself.

Any ideas please,
