audacity help ..
 

hey all just got audacity installed and when i come to run from terminal i get this error :

audacity
audacity: error while loading shared libraries: libwx_gtk-2.4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

but i have installed the lib file and wxgtk so could it be something iv compiled wrong ?

Where is installed this library (in which directory)??? For example if it is in /usr/local/lib, edit /etc/ld.so.conf and the path, save it, run ldconfig and retry to run your application ;)
