ata2.00: exception Emask and EXT3-fs Jornaling error on Fedora 11 Box

i was working on the computer and it shut off automatically during some downloads to my drive array now every time i start the computer i get this list of errors...
http://img38.imageshack.us/img38/1396/img0002tej.jpg

i cant boot the computer i tried to mirror the drive but i has the same problem.
also when i put in the boot CD of Fedora and use rescue mode i get a error that says missing drive from array..
removing array..
array unreadable.
something of that respect, i tried to dissconnect all the drives in the array. [(all the sata drives are raid) and they are all seen by the bios boot disk is IDE]

although they shouldn't cause a error on sda (which is an IDE drive)

can anybody explain this please?

comp setup:
sda (1:GRUB,2:FC11,3:Swap,4:XP)

Array:
sdb:500 (seagate)
sdc:500 (seagate)
sdd:500 (seagate)
sde:500 (Western Digital)
sdf:320 (Seagate)

I would read that as data errors on some drive. On an 'unclean' shutdown, e2fsck tries to check the open files (the journal). It isn't able to read that data on your box. Boot off the install cdrom, make sure all drives are unmounted, and run tests with e2fsck. A good set of options might be 'e2fsck -fckvvy /dev/whatsit' Then check lost+found on each drive. The one with a full /lost+found/ is the damaged one.
