mailman apache interfaceproblem

Setting up mailman is paiful, especially with it web interface side.

Currently I have the following problem:

My DocumentRoot is: /usr/local as opposed to /var/www/html

I set Alias and AliasScript, and use nobody as opposed to apache, now I
enter: http://mydomain.com/mailman/create, it tells me object not found;
if I try http://mydomain.com/mailman/cgi-bin/create, it gives me lots of bizard info;

now if I try: http://mydomain.com/cgi-bin/create, it shows me the interface I expect:

Create a hwswworld.com Mailing List ...

After I fill out all info, and hit Create List,

I got object not found again (http://mydomain.com/mailman/create), why?

How may I fix it?
