aspell Error: No word lists can be found for the language "en_US"

I used to use ispell but ispell seems to be obsolete.

I installed aspell but then
I have this problem:

aspell -c a

Error: No word lists can be found for the language "en_US".

Is aspell-en installed? You'd probably have solved this faster by using google.

Thanks for the suggestion. It worked !

I was misled by google actually. Somebody said installing "dict" and what not and it did not work.

Thanks again!
