ok i want to download armagetron, but also this question applies in a more general way because for anything i might ever want to download/install, i dont know how on linux.......
anyways i have fedora core 3, gnome interface
from
sourceforge.net/project/show...ckage_id=119930
i dont know which files to download
and then once there downloaded, someone was saying somethign about using a packaging management thing to install them all or something.........How do i do this part?
after i download all 4 .rpm files to my desktop, i double click each one, and independently i install each package so that its in my "queue"......but after i do this........nothing happens.......still 4 files on my desktop........still no game..........What else do i have to do besides install each independetly?whenever i double click one of the files it says "this file blah blah has already been installed / [ok]"
