I've recently changed from winff to arista to transcode movie files because winff just refused to work for me anymore and I couldn't get a fix, however to be honest I think I prefer arista but there is one annoying problem I'm hoping someone can help me with, Arista comes with a lot of device presets and but I couldn't find one that suited me so I downloaded the xbmc preset from the Arista site (which was the closest to what I want)the only problem is the frame size which I can change in the preferences, however it seems to change only the width dimension, I changed the frame size to 640x480 but it transcodes at 1174x480, I checked the.json file at it shows 640x480 but the output file shows 1174x640 can anyone shed any light on this, I understand I may be on the wrong forum but I can't find an Arista forum anywhere to get help.
