are there any alternative for idesk?

My system Debian base(5.0) + fluxbox

I am using idesk to create icon in fluxbox, but it is so inconvenience. Are there any alternative of idesk that makes it more convenience to crate icon on fluxbox?

Rox desktop. But iDesk is the best if you master it. Create a script to automate it a little and it will work better and produce better result than any "easier" icon manager.
