Arch Linux : Cannot seem to get bumblebee running

Hi There,
I'm running Archlinux on a Dell XPS 15, which has an intel and a nvidea graphic card with optimus.
I read about installing Bumblebee from the AUR packages, but when i try to run it, i get this error:

does someone has an idea how to fix this?

Two issues to look out for

-- Permision

-- Package -- There are a few different versions in the AUR depending on your hardware. ( nvidia-bumblebee sounds like what you want)
