apt-zip on SuSE? or any alternatives?

I want to use apt-zip on a SuSE system (RPM)
I know that apt-get is available for those systems, but i found nothing concerning apt-zip for rpm-systems.

is there a way to get apt-zip running on a SuSE system, or are there any alternatives to this app?

What I want to do:

I'd like to update the packages of a non-networked system automatically by using a configuration list of it and then get the new packages (but only the ones that need to be updated) on another, networked pc. APT-Zip is able to do this

After almost 3 years, does any solution appear now with 10.0 out?
