"apt-get update" errors : THe public key is not available

HI and thanks in advance for any advice offered

I am running Debian testing

whenever I issue "apt-get update" I get the following error

W: GPG error: http: //www.debian-multimedia.org testing Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 07DC563D1F41B907
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems

of course running apt-get update again doesnt help the matter at all.

Here is my sources.list

I get the following errors

W: Couldn't stat source package list http://non-us.debian.org testing/non-US/main Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/non-us.debian.org_debian-non-US_dists_testing_non-US_main_binary-i386_Packages) - stat (2 No such file or directory)
