apt-get unmet dependencie and can't be fixed

I am using Ubuntu 5.10

When I was using this command:
apt-get install beep-media-player totem-xine w32codecs gstreamer0.8-plugins

to install multimedia codecs, I encountered an unmet dependency problem said :
"You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
gstreamer0.8-plugins: Depends: gstreamer0.8-visuals (>= 0.8.11) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).
"

Then I run "apt-get -f install", but I got the response said
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/gstreamer0.8-visuals_0.8.11-0unofficialubuntu3_i386.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite `/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.8/libgstgoom.so', which is also in package gstreamer0.8-misc
Errors were encountered while processing:
/var/cache/apt/archives/gstreamer0.8-visuals_0.8.11-0unofficialubuntu3_i386.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Now how can I fix the problem? i can't use apt-get install to install everything now

Rename /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.8/libgstgoom.so (something like /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.8/libgstgoom.so.X). Then install gstreamer0.8-visuals_0.8.11-0unofficialubuntu3_i386.deb.

Run md5sum on the new /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.8/libgstgoom.so, and the one you renamed (/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.8/libgstgoom.so.X). If the md5sums are the same, the files are the same and you haven't broken anything.

Delete the renamed file, and resume installing your applications.
