apt-get isn't working

hi,

I'm trying to setup a rpm repository in my network, i've already made everything to configure the rpm's dir but when i try to get some file using the apt-get i receive a messege from it telling that the directory doesn't exists. somebody know how i can make it work (i'm using ftpd).

the files are at the folder :
/mnt/install/Linux/conectiva in server psychovoid

the source.list has the line:
rpm ftp://psychovoid/mnt/install/Linux/ conectiva cd1 cd2 new

the message i get is;
Err ftp://psychovoid conectiva/base/pkglist.cd1
Unable to fetch file, server said '/mnt/install/Linux/conectiva/base/pkglist.cd1.bz2: No such file or directory. '

but this directory exists and has these files (i've run the genbasedir)

Can you connect to that server via ftp with the exact path you're using in your apt-get setup?
