Hi I am trying to get apache2 with mod_ssl to work with tomcat via mod_jk, any body knows any good step by step guide to achieve this, I have a tomcat apache instance working on port 80
Note I don't want apache and tomcat talking to each other but to have ssl for end users who are connecting to Apache
Apache is mandotary for our application to run and I have configured mode_jk with worker.properties and working fine with port 80, now the customer is requesting us to get on ssl, I am bit lost on this
Let me try this pages you have specifies and come back
Hi thanks for the help, all I had to do was to secure the apache it self and the worker would take care of the connect part and one more thing your application should be aware of the https request.
