Unhappy Apache upgrade problem


I upgraded my apache web server and now I can't run my perl scripts. I get the following messages.

Error premature end of script headers
Can't Do Setuid



The second message is what I am concerned about. What does this mean and what can I do about it?

uŽll find a more detailed error mesage in httpd/err.log
take a look at httpd.conf where this is located on your box
post here what u found if u cant solve it then...
