Question Apache: suexec problems

I have a few site running on my NAS and they all appear to be running fine with the exception of the website for the NAS (port 80).

Here is a few lines from my suexec.log.1

Any idea what the problem is?

I fixed the problem.

Somehow after doing an update the permissions on my directory were incorrect.
