2) i currently have 3 diferent domains and i want to point them to 3 diferent directoryś

the directory's are:

/var/www/html/nederlands

.com ( i can't post urlś yet but it is compnetix infront of every extention)
/var/www/html/medewerkers

.net ( i can't post urlś yet but it is compnetix infront of every extention)
/var/www/html/winkels

is this possable? if so... how?

Access Control
Virtual Hosts
This, and other documentation, available from the apache web site.

to use your Fedora Login, which I believe uses PAM try this which I found by searching for .htaccess pam in google.
mod auth PAM
This is probably above what you need to get into if you only have a few users. Instead just use basic authentication built into APACHE. Do be warned however that basic auth is horribly insecure unless it is done over an ssl connection. I imagine, though I don't' know for sure, that mod_ssl is built into fedora. I'm sure someone else will chime in here with better distro specific info than mine, but for now I would check out the above excellent tutorials.
