Hi,

I may have had the same problem. I need some more information first.
Is index.html in your htdocs dir? check!

Check your error_log file first. You might see some segmentation faults there. If that is the case, wich mod_* modules have you compiled with apache? If you are running apache with mod_perl and you have segmentation faults, than you probebly have the same problem as I had.

So, first check your error_log and access_log files, and tell us how you have compiled apache.

Bye,

Joris.

Htdocs is set right in your httpd.conf file? Try to put another html file in your htdocs dir and open it with http://localhost/otherfile.html If it shows up fine than this is a weird problem. Try removing everything in your htdocs directory, exept for your own files.
