Apache characters are wrong

Hi all

I know I red something about this long time ago, but now that I need it I cant remember it.
My problem is this, I got a web server running and are testing a new server. Everything is fine but this:
Code:
Vi kj?rer n? p? ny server.
See? We have 3 extra characters in norwegian and they dont show. How can I get them to show properly? The db looks fine, its just what is presented that is wrong.
Kinda stuck here so if any one have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated!

Where are you getting that line?

Quote:

In a browser? Then it's most likely a problem with the "visiting" system rather than the "serving" system. Perhaps your browser can't display those characters.

Thanks for the input, but this error is on the test server. The one in production can show it to me with out any problems.
Im sitting here thinking if its a setting in Apache. Gonna check that.
