apache


anybofu knows how to setup apache with anti hackers access? i find the next directory en the /tmp put_wget_or_ftp_or_next_time_rm_rf_fuc.._admin

I update my apache but now i dont know what more to do

What do you mean? For sure you need upgraded Apache. But you need to look into your httpd.conf, too. To deny access to directories you don't want people to look into.

I upgrade apache and my httpd.conf is the default with my distro redhat 7.3

The default one is not bad, but you should browse it, read the comments and see if you need all the options.

Make a list of services you have running. Think which ones you need. Stop the ones you don't. If unsure, post the list and write what you want the server to do. It will allow someone to write which ones you can remove.
