Anything like Airfoil (audio stream util) that can run on Ubuntu

Hey LQ!

Decided to give Ubuntu 8.10 a shot triple booting on my macbook pro so I can learn a bit more about Linux and at least get the basics down, which so far has been incredibly simple.

I use an application all the time in OS X called Airfoil (most of you prob know about it: http://www.rogueamoeba.com/airfoil/mac/), which I really liked and was using in conjunction with Airfoil Speakers on my windows gaming box to play music through it's speakers. Is there anything for Linux (Ubuntu specifically)that will work in a similar way to airfoil?

Thanks to all and keep in mind I am a SUPER noob and really know nothing about anything when it comes to command line stuff in Linux!

That's what I'm using on the PC side, but all Speakers does is recieve. I need something like the main app that can send the audio.

It doesn't need to be EXACTLY the same as Airfoil, even a simpler version of a similiar program will work fine.
