bitchx obviously... no offence, but i don't know how anybody, if they use irc, even if they use windows, who does not know what bitchx is. Its legendary!
Even considering the legend status of BitchX, I rate irssi as vastly superior. It is highly usable and a lot more easy to come to terms with in comparison with BitchX.
