Anybody gotten Wordweb to work in WINE ?

Wow, that's a mouthful.

It's been done, but I'll be damned if I can make it work. Everything I search for results in an error message saying that I must be online to use web references, which in fact I had no intention of doing. I just want to use the local dictionary file.

This is Wordweb 5.0, incidentally.

You might want to subscribe to that bug report if
you want to be notified when progress has been made on a fix.

You might consider installing real ie6, there's some chance
that will help. Easiest way to do that is in Codeweavers Crossover.

It's working as of wine-1.1.9 (maybe 1.1.8). Try it again with current wine.
