is there any of the software matching documentum, a enterprise document management system??? please advise. thanks

I had a look at subversion some time ago and thought it wasn't really suitable but I forgotten why.

Here is the main link I found for DMS, I've selected a few that look suitable to us and I will post the results of my investigations as you suggest. It may not be much in the immediate future because I'll only be able to look at it when I have time gaps in my current work that's expected to last another couple of months.
