Can any one tell me something about any USB mouse driver for Linux which is Open Source...

for a usb mouse to work you just need to have your usb hub detected by the kernel and then configure gpm or X correctly.

Now, assuming yo want fancy buttons(what I think you mean by usb and driver) that is another story altogether. If you want your mouse to have back/forwards, side scrolling, magnifier, application buttns, or other such advanced features(beyond 3 buttons and a scroll wheel) you will need to map the mouse yourself with xmodmap and bindings.
