Any idea where is rp3.rpm?

I use, KPPP to dial up to the internet from Redhat GNOME environment. However, I wud like to try RP3 as I just now read about it?

Any one has any Idea where I can obtain the rpm from ?

I use RH9.

Specifically, at:

Any RPM you need, always check pbone.

It is stating that there is no such directory. I am not able to download rp3

If u have the rpm or any one who has it, plz email me.
