Anti virus software for linux???
 

Can anyone provide me with the name or a link to a good anti virus software that i can use in linix and a decent firewall that i can understand with a GUI to it! same gose for the anti virus software!

What distribution are you running?

Most likely you will not need an anti-virus program to run on linux unless it is for a mail server to clean windows viruses out of mail before the messages get to windows mail clients that can be infected. Linux's structure makes it unlikely you will encounter anything like a virus.

A firewall, on the other hand, is very worthwhile and most modern distros install one during your initial installation.

I am using mandrake 9.2 distro but still would like an anti virus software
