Another question why Windows is not as good as linux/unix

Hi!

I know this is not the place to ask this question. But I'm really pissed of in Windows. Do you know a way for me to run a java process and have it active even after I logout of Windows? Or if possible, have it as a system service (like a daemon)? I am starting to think why Windows couldn't even to that when it is too simple to do in Unix/Linuxes.

A quick google search came up with this:

http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.org/do...ish/index.html

http://www.rgagnon.com/javadetails/java-0151.html

http://www.kcmultimedia.com/javaserv/

I have not tried these myself but I hope it helps your quest.
