Annoying start here pop up

Running red hat 7.3 with gnome 1.4 Upon starting this "start here" window pops up and I can't figure out how to make it stop popping up every time I start.

Isn't there a check box on the pop up that says something like "Do not show window on startup" or something like that. Check the box and that should take care of it.

No, it is just a regular nautilus window, titled start here, containing some folders
