animation in Linux
 
Hello,
Does anyone out there know if there is a flash animation program for Linux? or any other 2D animation type?

I've been using Flash since it grew out of Future Splash and even spoken with some folks at MM. According to them (for the present at least) it's unlikely *they'll* make one.

BUT! You can always keep this bookmarked:

Personally, I use VMWare and then run Flash on top of that.

I was reading OSNews' review of Phoebe (RH 8.1 beta) when I noticed on their second screenshot, there was an app window of a program that looked something lie FLASH!

I checked it out and it does seem to be an SWF authoring tool. CHECK IT OUT!!!
