Exclamation aMSN won't connect on XFCE

Hi, I'm using XFCE desktop environment on Fedora Core 3. The problem is when I using XFCE, aMSN won't connect, I get "Error connecting to host" (I've tried it on KDE, and does work there). What could be the problem and how to solve it?? Thanks in advance.
