aMSN + webcam?
 
I got the latest version of MSN through CVS, and webcam works for recieving cam, but for sending it it is screwed up and scrambled and unviewable. And for some poeple they get the invitation, and it says connecting but it times out.

I have a logitec quickcam and I have these drivers installed: http://qce-ga.sourceforge.net/

On Slackware 10.1

How can I get it to work fully?

actually I got it to work correctly, but for some poeple it times out... How can i fix this?? thanks :)
