Amanda Admin (amadmin) changin display units from KB to MB

I'm trying to change the units used by amadmin in the results of amadmin DailySet info to be in Megabytes rather than Kilobytes. Can anybody suggest anything.

Is there some specific reason you want to change the display other than you do not like the large numbers? AFAIK Amanda has always used KB for these displays and it seems to work.

If there is some good reason, grab the source code and make it work like you want and send the patch back. That is the joy of open source.

You might check the zmanda forums for more specific answers. You will find them at http://forums.zmanda.com . There are specific forums on Amanda as well as Zmanda.

honestly its only because with 91GB in KB it becomes hard to notice when something is missing.
That and i noticed you could change the units in the run report so assumed there must be a way to change the units here also.

thanks for the link i did not know about the forums over there.
