ALSA snd-aloop.ko driver (loopback) and /dev/dsp

Hello.
I tried to find any documentation on snd-aloop driver, but failed. Closing /dev/dsp causes it to panic (not kernel panic, just a module panic or so)

-- dmesg start --

Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address 00000000

-- dmesg end --

I've no idea why can it be.
Thanks in advance.
