ok i tried this thread

and its not working, i get the following error from the command make

[root@localhost root]# cd speedtouch-20011007
[root@localhost speedtouch-20011007]# make
Makefile:10: speedtouch.tmpl: No such file or directory
/bin/sh configure

checking for gcc... no
checking for cc... no
configure: error: no acceptable cc found in $PATH
make: *** [speedtouch.tmpl] Error 1

I would recommend following this howto speedtouch

I have setup the speedtouch on RH 7 and 7.3, it's not easy, but works fine eventually.

AFirst get the development tools - gcc, etc.

ok thanks for the help. i will try this out when i have a few hours spair, cause i know it will take that long to work.
