AIGLX 3d Desktop effects on Suse 10.1

I have an Acer TravelMate 290 laptop that has some kind of intel graphic card that only works AIGLX 3d desktop effects not XGL. It works out of the box and perfectly on Mandriva One 2007 on my laptop using AIGLX (it doesn't allow you to use XGL), but I don't like Mandriva I prefer Suse.

I have something called compiz and other stuff installed on my laptop it only allows you to use XGL not AIGLX, XGL doesnt work properly on my laptop, the window bar doesnt show up and its a bit slow.

So does anyone know how to get AIGLX 3d desktop effects working on Suse 10.1.

Suse 10.1 does not have AIGLX built in (Its part of Xorg 7.1). Suse 10.2 should have AIGLX built in.
