Hello, i installed the latest Firefox browser and added repo for updates. Running Aide, Obviously, gives me a warning. How can get rid of this warning and future ones relating to the changes I have made?

Since you don't tell us anything about your version/distro of Linux, what repo you added, what the warning is, what changes you made, how you made them, or give us ANY details at all, what do you think we'll be able to tell you???
